INITIAL EXAMINATION FEES

CUSTOM FOOT ORTHOTICS
- Adult - $360
- 2nd Pair - $265 (2nd pair must be ordered at the same time as the 1st pair)
- Child - $250 (replacement orthotics up until age 9 are $150)
ADJUSTMENT FEES
- Adult - $40
- Student/Senior - $35
- Child - $28
EMERGENCY CARE
- Active Patients - $58
- New Patients - $80
MODALITIES
- Electrical current - $32
- Laser therapy - $45
- Laser therapy, if included with adjustment $10 + adjustment fee

- Exercise plan - $32
Many extended health care and insurance policies (like Green Shield or Blue Cross) have partial or full coverage for chiropractic services and x-rays. Check with your employer to confirm what coverage you may have. Our policy is for patients to pay our office and then submit receipts to your insurer for reimbursement. Of course, we are happy to complete any necessary forms that your insurer requires.

Massage Therapy Fees
MASSAGE SESSIONS
- 30 minutes - $68
- 45 minutes - $88
- 60 minutes - $108
- 75 minutes - $130
- 90 minutes - $155
Services offered: relaxation or therapeutic massage.
First visit (minimum 45 minute treatment.)
Cancellation policy 24 hours notice required or $35 fee charged.
Cash or personal cheque only.
Prices include HST.

CONSULTING VISITS
- First visit (1 hour) - $195
- Second visit (45 minutes) - $145
- Follow up visits (30 minutes) - $90
- Acupuncture plus consultation (45 minutes) - $85

- Quit smoking program (4 treatments) - $200
