CUSTOM FOOT ORTHOTICS
- Adult - $360
- 2nd Pair - $265 (2nd pair must be ordered at the same time as the 1st pair)
- Child - $250 (replacement orthotics up until age 9 are $150)
ADJUSTMENTS FEES

EMERGENCY CARE

MODALITIES
- Electrical current - $32
- Laser therapy - $45

Many extended health care and insurance policies (like Green Shield or Blue Cross) have partial or full coverage for chiropractic services and x-rays. If you have such a plan, please check with your employer. Our policy is that the patient pays our office and then the insurance company reimburses you. Of course, we will be happy to complete any necessary forms that the insurance company requires.
If you have any questions or problems regarding the fees, please do not hesitate to talk to the receptionist or the doctor. WE ARE CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP YOU IN ANY WAY THAT WE CAN.

Massage Therapy Fees
MASSAGE SESSIONS
- 30 minutes - $68
- 45 minutes - $88
- 60 minutes - $108
- 75 minutes - $130
- 90 minutes - $155
Services offered: relaxation or therapeutic massage.
First visit (minimum 45 minute treatment.)
Cancellation policy 24 hours notice required or $35 fee charged.
Cash or personal cheque only.
