Alliance Chiropractic and Wellness: Your Trusted Acupuncture Clinic
What is Acupuncture?
Welcome to Alliance Chiropractic and Acupuncture Clinic!
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese health care approach dating more than 2,500 years. It is based on the concept of Chi (or Qi), the universal life energy present in every living creature. Acupuncture involves inserting thin, solid metallic needles to specific anatomical locations in the skin. By stimulating these needles manually or electrically, they promote the free flow of Chi energy and reprogram and restore normal function.
Benefits of Acupuncture for Pain Relief and Holistic Healing
Acupuncture is used extensively throughout the world, and offers benefits such as pain and allergy relief, and treatment for arthritic conditions, headaches, and sports injuries. More recently, acupuncture has also been used to help patients suffering from addictions, anxiety disorders, depression, obesity, and infertility. Most patients find acupuncture to be a calming and relaxing experience with little to no side effects.
